Meet the Team!

Liz Wolfe, NTP

Liz Wolfe is a writer, wife, parent, award-winning podcaster, Certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP), professional question-asker, and the "mom in chief" at Baby Making and Beyond. She is the author of the Wall Street Journal Bestselling book Eat the Yolks. Her work has been featured in The Examiner, The Huffington Post, Ok! Magazine, USA Today, Healthline, Pepperming Mag, Legacy Magazine, and other health-conscious publications.

Liz has been writing about nutrition professionally since 2012. Early in her career, she worked with several non-profits, establishing nutrition programming and resources to improve the health of at-risk children and first responders.

For Baby Making and Beyond, Liz took off her "professional" hat and put on her Mom Jeans. As a parent, she was desperate for a streamlined resource that answered all of her questions, with the backing of a team of professionals and researchers who could find the answers she needed. That resource didn't exist - so she helped create it! This is the program she wishes she'd had years ago, and she's thrilled to play a role in bringing it to life.
